No, it does not work without a master. The app will not continue if no master is found.

Yes, this is possible to avoid unintentional changes to the parameters. If a password is set up, no one can access this device and the parameters without this password.

No, it can’t. We need to have the local radio approval. The supported countries are indicated in the datasheet and certificates can be downloaded in the download section. This will be extended over time.
